1) allowing devotees to climb an elevated structure in mandapam to offer prayers,
2) No financial accounts provided for past 12 years
3) Unauthorized construction that damaged parts of temple
4) Temple property encroached upon
5) Valuable items need to be accounted for

Vickrum Digwa encountered 18-year-old Henry Nowak on a Southampton street. Nowak noticed his large dagger, began filming him, and asked whether he was a “bad man.”
Digwa apparently took offense and fatally stabbed him. He later falsely claimed Nowak had racially abused him and knocked off his turban. The judge found no evidence of racist remarks.
